Okay so I am trying to figure out this blog thing. Just was able to download the app so I can do it from my phone which is so convenient! Backyard bootcamp was great today lots of cardio to burn off all the Mother's Day treats! We did lots of intervals and tabatas!! Lots if fun in my book!! Why don't all of you do one tabata today. You burn calories long after it's done. Try alternating between burpees and jump squats, 20 work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds. That's it easy peasy!! Off to burn some more calories! Have a great day!
